Films must follow one of the given themes. The narrative should reflect the chosen theme clearly in story, visuals, or both.

Rules & Regulations
🖥️ Digital Art Rules
- All artwork must be entirely original and created by the participant
- Only non-AI software permitted (Photoshop, Blender, Maya, Procreate, etc.)
- Retain layered / source files — may be requested for verification
- Minimum resolution: 300 DPI (print-ready quality)
- Accepted formats: JPEG, PNG, or PSD (if specifically requested)
- Stock images may only be used if heavily modified and properly credited
- Final submission must be free of watermarks or signatures (unless stated otherwise)
- WIP documentation (screenshots or process videos) is mandatory
🧵 Handwork Rules
- Artwork must be 100% handmade — no printed or digital base elements
- Any traditional medium accepted: painting, sculpture, craft, mixed media
- Participants are responsible for bringing all required materials
- Fragile works must be personally transported and handled by participants
- Pre-made or commercially purchased artworks are not allowed (raw base materials are fine)
- If part of a live event, work must be completed within the allotted time window
- Each participant must maintain a clean and organised workspace
- WIP documentation (photos at stages of creation) is mandatory

- All participants must maintain WIP proof — images or video of the creation process
- One entry permitted per person per category
- All submissions must be received before the stated deadline — no extensions granted
- Incomplete work will not be considered for judging
- Entries must not have been previously submitted to other contests
- Organizers reserve the right to use submitted work for promotion & educational purposes
- All decisions made by the judging panel are final and non-negotiable

- Open to all students, individuals, and teams — one film per participant/team
- Must be original content; plagiarism results in immediate disqualification
- No offensive, inappropriate, or culturally insensitive content permitted
- Must adhere to one of the prescribed festival themes
- All audio must be copyright-free or original compositions with credits listed
- Late submissions will not be accepted under any circumstances
- Organisers may use submitted films for promotional and educational purposes
🚫 Strict AI Prohibition Policy
The use of any artificial intelligence tools is completely and unequivocally prohibited across all stages of creation in every category. This is a celebration of human craft and imagination.
Only standard creative software without AI-assisted modes is permitted. Violators will be disqualified immediately — no exceptions.

AI Prohibition Policy
- Image generation of any kind is strictly prohibited
- Animation generation tools are not allowed
- Voice or audio generation via AI is prohibited
- Script writing assistance via AI is not permitted
- AI-assisted features within standard software must be disabled
- AI upscaling or inpainting tools are not allowed
- Any detected use of AI = immediate disqualification, no exceptions
